Persons once paying entrance money, will under no circumstances be entitled to a refund.

The Stewards reserve the right to alter the date of any Race or Meeting owing to rain or other unforeseen circumstances and to refuse admission into or reject any person from the Enclosures without assigning any reason or returning the entrance money.
