1st RACE (30) THE MANCHERIAL PLATE ABOUT 1200 - Metres CATEGORY-III (8 Runners)

Explanation of Jockey Mukesh Kumar (TAALIYAH) in the presence of Trainer M F Ali Khan that his instructions were to go to front or sit close which he followed until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount shortened her strides in the final 100 mtrs inspite of his best efforts. The Trainer while confirming the above added that his instructions to the Jockey were to go to front as his charge was hesitating to pass the runners in the previous races, was noted for future reference. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the filly was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer M F Ali Khan was fined Rs.2000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

THINK OF GOD (A A Vikrant) trailed the field throughout the race and finished the course distance behind. Trainer M F Ali Khan was advised for a better performance in future.

Explanation of Jockey R S Jodha (EXPONENT) that his mount did not show initial speed and gained ground in the straight inspite of his best efforts was noted for future reference.

POLITICS (Md. Ismail) winner of the race is sampled.

2nd RACE (31) THE WINDSCALE PLATE ABOUT 1200 - Metres CATEGORY-II (7 Runners)

Jockey S. Saqlain (CORTE MADERA) reported that his mount ran green throughout the race in the process veered out after passing the winning post and jumped over the railing resulting him being dislodged from the mount. The Jockey who was given immediate medical aid, escaped unhurt.

Jockey Mukesh Kumar (BESTIE) reported that his mount ran green throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted.

Explanation of Jockey P. Trevor (AUTHORITARIAN) that his mount ducked in soon after the start catching him unaware and thereafter did not raise a fluent gallop and finished the course distance behind inspite of his best efforts. As this confirmed our observation no action beyond noting the same was taken. Trainer Laxman Singh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

3rd RACE (32) THE HIMAYAT SAGAR CUP (Division - II) ABOUT 1400 - Metres CATEGORY-III (8 Runners)

HOPING QUEEN (Mohit Singh) jumped out slowly losing about 2 or 3 lengths.

ANNHILATOR (Kuldeep Singh (Sr) winner of the race is sampled.

4th RACE (33) THE HIMAYAT SAGAR CUP (Division - I) ABOUT 1400 - Metres CATEGORY-III (7 Runners)

NAV LAKHAA was observed to be walking lame on left hind, as such the filly was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.

Jockey P. Sai Kumar (BALAHAKA) reported that his mount ran green throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer N. Rawal was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Jockey M Mark (MIRZETA) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer M.F. Ali Khan was advised for a better performance in future. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the filly was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer M F Ali Khan was fined Rs.1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

Explanation of Trainer R H Sequeira with regard to the improved performance of his charge EMPERORS CHARM (Alex Rozario) winner of this race, who finished 4th in the previous race that, this is the 2^nd run of his charges career and after the previous run his charge has improved and also the change of the track has been to his charges advantage and the gelding has gone on to win the race. The Trainer further added that he had not fancied his charge but gave a chance was noted for future reference.

EMPERORS CHARM (Alex Rozario) winner of the race is sampled.

5th RACE (34) THE ROYAL TERN PLATE ABOUT 1600 - Metres CATEGORY-II (11 Runners)

GOLDEN GAZELLE (Vivek G) was permitted to be withdrawn.

NOTRE DAME (Md. Ekram Alam) planted and took no practical part in the race, SSC revoked.

Jockeys A. Ashhad Asbar (TRISHUL) and A. A Vikrant (CITY OF BLESSING) were severely cautioned for shifting in and out respectively soon after the start, in the process bumping each other.

HAPPY SOUL (Surya Prakash) was tightened for room whilst traveling on the rails at about the 200 mtrs due to crowding of the runners.

An objection lodged by Jockey Abhay Singh (N R I ULTRAPOWER) placed 4th by the judge against Jockey Gaurav Singh (AMPERE'S TOUCH) placed 3rd by the judge that " when my horse was full of running, Jockey Gaurav Singh shifted in and took my ground at about the 300 mtrs because of which I was forced to check and shift out to make my run, that cost me certain 3rd place by NOSE" was upheld by the Stewards and ordered the revised Judges placings as under:

6th RACE (35) THE LINGAPUR CUP ABOUT 1200 - Metres CATEGORY-II (12 Runners)

Explanation of Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh with regard to the improved performance of his charge LASHKA ( P. Trevor) winner of the race, who finished 6th in the previous run that his charge in the previous run, ran with tougher bunch in higher category and also got interfered soon after the start as compare to the present race where the filly ran with a weaker set in a lower category, the interim gap of more than 1 ½ month, a better Jockey in the saddle and the change of track has been to his charges advantage and could win the race, noted. The Trainer was however, cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.

HOPING SKY (Mohit Singh) trailed the field throughout the race and finished the course at the rear end of the field. Trainer M F Ali Khan deputizing for Trainer Jasbir Singh was advised for a better performance in future.

7th RACE (36) THE HPSL GOLCONDA 1000 GUINEAS (GRADE II) ABOUT 1600 - Metres (10 Runners)

Permission has been granted to Trainer A. Vatsalya to saddle PSYCHIC STAR (Vivek G) on behalf of Trainer P. Shroff at both the Trainers' risk and liability.

Permission has been granted to Trainer N. Ravinder Singh to saddle MOTHER’S GRACE (A. Sandesh) on behalf of Trainer Adhiraj Singh Jodha at both the Trainers' risk and liability.

Permission has been granted to Trainer R H Sequeira to saddle NYX ( Akshay Kumar) on behalf of Trainer S S Attaollahi at both the Trainers' risk and liability.

Jockey S. Saqlain (ARION ONE) was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting in soon after the start and bumping INSPIRE (Antony Raj S).

Jockey Vivek G (PSYCHIC STAR) was fined Rs.5,000/- for shifting out at about the 450 mtrs in the process causing interference to CHOTIPARI (Imran Chisty).

8th RACE (37) THE HIMAYAT SAGAR CUP (Division - III) ABOUT 1400 - Metres CATEGORY-III (8 Runners)

GIFTED GIRL (B R Kumar) jumped out slowly losing about 4 or 5 lengths and thereafter refused to raise a fluent gallop, SSC revoked. Trainer A. Imran Khan was advised to show his charge in a Mock race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Jockey Alex Rozario (VITAL SIGN) in the presence of Trainer R H Sequeira that his instructions were to sit close 2nd/3rd but due to slow initial pace, he found himself in front until entering the straight and thereafter he has done his best in the straight was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 10,000/- for taking long lead in the initial stages of the race thereby his mount tired in the straight and dropped back.

GUN FOR GOLD (G. Naresh) returned lame on right fore due to fetlock joint sprain.

CLARA (Akshay Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.

STARTERS REMARKS:

Race No. 3: HOPING QUEEN slow out by 2 to 3 lengths. Trainer M F Ali Khan deputizing for Trainer Jasbir Singh was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.

VARANEEK GOLD jumped out slowly losing about 2 lengths. Trainer S. Sreekanth was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.

Race No. 5: NOTRE DAME planted and took no practical part in the race, SSC revoked. Trainer L D Silva was advised to show his charge in a Mock race before next accepting in a race.

Race No. 8: GIFTED GIRL jumped out slowly losing about distance, SSC revoked. Trainer A. Imran Khan was advised to show his charge in a Mock race before next accepting in a race.
