1st RACE (8) THE OWN OPINION PLATE
ABOUT 1200 - Metres CATEGORY-III (8 Runners) |

Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (DALI'S CHAMPION) was cautioned
for failing to maintain straight course soon after the start. Explanation of Jockey P.Ajeet Kumar (MUASER) that his
mount was keen soon after the start and in trying to settle his mount, shifted
in and crowded the runners drawn on his inside resulting in taking the ground
of EXPONENT (R.S.Jodha) who in turn caused inconvenience to RED NOTICE (Abhay
Singh) inspite of his best
efforts, was not accepted and Jockey P.Ajeet Kumar was fined a sum of
Rs.2,000/- for failing to maintain straight course soon after the start. ZIDANE (App. Kuldeep Singh) trailed the field
throughout the race. Trainer A.Vatsalya advised for a better performance in
future. RED NOTICE (Abhay Singh) was trotting short on both
fore due to sore shins. DALI'S CHAMPION ( Kuldeep Singh (Sr) winner of the
race is sampled. |

Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr.)
(UCHCHAIHSHRAVAS) that his mount was hanging in under pressure in the process
shifted in at about the 150 metres causing inconvenience to TORCHBEARER
(A.Ashhad Asbar) inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and Jockey Kuldeep
Singh (Sr) was fined Rs.2,000/- for failing to maintain straight course in
the final stages of the race. Jockey Mukesh Kumar (GET LUCKY) was fined Rs.5,000/-
for excessive and improper use of whip. Explanation of Jockey Antony Raj S. (SECRET SAINT)
that his instructions were to sit 2nd or 3rd which he tried to follow until
entering the straight and thereafter he was denied a clear run in the
straight due to wall of horses racing in front as such was forced to shift
out at about the 200 metres to make his final move. As this confirmed our observation, no
action beyond noting the explanation of Jockey was taken. GET LUCKY (Mukesh Kumar) winner of the race is
sampled. |

Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (MISS MAYA) that
his instructions were to position his mount close with front runners which he
could not follow as his mount jumped out fractionally slow and thereafter
when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot in the
straight inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer R H Sequeira was
noted for future reference. App. Md.Ekram Alam (REIGNING BEAUTY) was cautioned for
failing to maintain a straight course soon after the start. SUN DANCER (P.Ajeeth Kumar) trailed the field
throughout the race. Trainer L D Silva was advised for a better performance
in future. MISS MAYA (Akshay Kumar) placed 2nd of the
race is sampled. |

4th RACE (11) THE KRISHNA CUP
ABOUT 1400 - Metres CATEGORY-III (12 Runners) |

Consequent to Jockey Afroz Khan having been declared
medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted Jockey Abhay
Singh to be substituted on WINNING ATTITUDE. Explanation of Jockey Gaurav Singh (ALCAHOL FREE)
that his mount was denied a clear run soon after the start due to crowding of
the runners and thereafter the filly did not raise a fluent gallop throughout
the race and finished the course at the rear end of the field inspite of his
best efforts was noted. Trainer B Mukesh Kumar was advised for a better
performance in future. Explanation of App. Ajay Kumar (PLANET SUPER) in the
presence of Trainer S.Sreekanth that his mount was fractious inside the
gates, reared up and jumped out awkwardly resulting in his left rein got
entangled in the mouth of his mount as such he was unable to ride out his
mount to complete advantage throughout the race. As this confirmed our observation, no
action beyond noting the explanation of App. was taken. NKALANZINZI (B R Kumar) was trotting lame on left
fore due to sustained cut injury over left fore after the race. DALI'S DESTINY (Deepak Singh) winner of the race is
sampled. |

Consequent to Jockey Afroz Khan having been declared
medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted Jockey Mohit
Singh to be substituted on RUNLIKETHEWIND. Explanation of Jockey Gaurav Singh (THE INHERITOR)
that his mount ducked out catching him unaware at about 400 metres in the
process causing inconvenience to CLASSICAL MUSIC (Abhay Singh) was not accepted and the Jockey Gaurav
Singh was fined a sum of Rs.5000/- for shifting out and causing interference
to CLASSICAL MUSIC (Abhay Singh) at about the 400 meres. THE INHERITOR (Gaurav Singh) winner of the race is
sampled. |

Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh Sr. (GOLDEN
UNICORN) that his mount jumped out slowly and ducked in soon after the start
catching him unaware. Trainer S. Sreekanth was advised to show his charge at
the gates to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next
accepting in a race. Explanation of Jockeys Mohit Singh (HOPING WIND) and
Md. Ismail (CUTIE PIE) that their mounts did not raise a fluent gallop and trailed
the field for greater part of the race in spite of their best efforts was
noted. Respective Trainers Jasbir
Singh and M F Ali Khan were advised for a better performance in future. |

RACE HORSE OWNERS ASSOCIATION TROPHY ABOUT 1600 MTRS- CAT- I The Stewards of the Hyderabad Race Club suspended
Apprentice Jockey Ajay Kumar from riding in races w.e.f. Thursday, 21st
November to Sunday, 1st December 2024 both days inclusive under
Rule 161 (ii) of the HRC Rules of Racing for “Injudicious riding”
on his mount SIDDHARTH, Trained by Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy in that
“he failed to follow the given instructions by the Trainer in the
initial stages of the race thereby placing his mount at a disadvantage in the
final stages of the race”. The Apprentice Jockey is however permitted to ride
work during the period of his suspension. @@@ |
