Track Condition: GOING GOOD. Penetro Meter Reading : 3.53 cms

The False Rails have been positioned from 1400 mtrs upto the winning post at an average width of 6 mtrs. The distances are measured and marked accordingly.

Permission has been granted to Trainer K. Robin Reddy to saddle the following horses on behalf of Trainer N. Ravinder Singh at both the Trainers’ risk and liability.

1st RACE (110) THE RED SATIN PLATE (Division - I) ABOUT 1200 - Metres CATEGORY-III                              (10 Runners)

WANDRING WARRIOR (Abhay Singh) jumped out slowly losing about 5 to 6 lengths, SSC revoked.

 

Explanation Jockey Akshay Kumar (THE PIOUS) that his mount shifted in 50 mtrs after the start inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting in 50 mtrs after the start, crowding the runners drawn on his inside resulting in causing inconvenience to FASHION ICON ( Gaurav Singh).

 

Jockey Rafique Sk (ELEGANT GIRL) reported that his mount was hanging in, in the final stages of the race more so under pressure inspite of his best efforts, noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the filly was trotting lame on left fore due to fetlock joint sprain.

2nd RACE (111) THE COMMON LAND PLATE (Division - II) ABOUT 1200 - Metres CATEGORY-II                 (10 Runners)

Consequent to Jockey S. Saqlain not being available to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted Jockey Akshay Kumar to be substituted on MALIBU.

 

 

 

 

Explanation of Jockey H M Akshay (GOLDEN GAZELLE) that his instructions were sit close 2nd/3rd but as his mount did not show any initial speed he could not follow the given instructions and in the straight he did his best. Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy while confirming the above added that his charge does not have initial speed and needs longer distance and this being age group race, he opted to run his charge in this race was noted for future reference.

 

App. Shivansh (DYANOOSH) was cautioned in the presence of Trainer M F Ali Khan to be more vigorous in his efforts in the initial stages of the race to be well up with the field.

 

Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (MALIBU) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.

 

Explanation of Jockey Afroz Khan (HURRICANE WAVE) that his mount was slowly off and thereafter did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer L D Silva was advised for a better performance in future.

3rd RACE (112) THE CHALLURI SUSHEELA & NARASIMHA REDDY MEMORIAL CUP ABOUT 1400 - Metres CATEGORY-II (11 Runners)

MISS SMILEY ANGEL (H M Akshay) and SCREENSHOT (Md. Ismail) were slow into stride losing about 1 or 2 lengths each.

 

Jockey S. Saqlain (NIJINSKY STAR) reported that his mount ran green throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. The Jockey was however, cautioned for travelling wide while negotiating the final bend for no apparent reason.

 

Explanation of Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (INFINIA) that his mount was lugging in throughout the race, more so in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer L.V.R Deshmukh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

 

Jockey H M Akshay (MISS SMILEY ANGEL) was fined Rs.5,000/- for excessive and improper use of whip.

 

MISS SMILEY ANGEL (H M Akshay) drifted out onto the outer track in the straight and finished the course as such.  Trainer G. Shashikanth was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

4th RACE (113) THE RED SATIN PLATE (Division - II) ABOUT 1200 - Metres CATEGORY-III                         (10 Runners)

App. Ajay Kumar (MOST BEAUTIFUL) was fined Rs. 1000/- for shifting in 50 mtrs after the start in the process taking the ground of NORMUI (Mukesh Kumar).

 

Jockey Gaurav Singh (GLIMMER OF HOPE) was fined Rs.1000/- for shifting in soon after the start when he was not sufficiently clear of the field racing on his inside.

 

Explanation of Jockey Mukesh Kumar (NORMUI) in the presence of Trainer Magan Singh Parmar that his instructions were to sit close 2nd/3rd but as his mount was fractionally slow, he was denied a clear run at about the 50 mtrs , and thereafter his mount held the bit on left because of which he did not travel from outside as his mount tends to run out and in the straight he was denied clear run until about the 300 mtrs  and thereafter he did his best was not accepted and the Jockey was fined a sum of Rs.5000/- for failing to shift in at about the 300 mtrs when there was sufficient room to make his move.

 

Jockey P. Sai Kumar (CHERISH THE LADY) was cautioned for travelling wide until entering the straight for no apparent reason and also for tender handling of his mount in the straight.

 

Jockey H M Akshay (SARGENT) reported loss of whip at about the 450 mtrs.

5th RACE (114) THE B. VIJAY REDDY MEMORIAL CUP ABOUT 1600 - Metres CATEGORY-III                 (12 Runners)

N R I STAR (Santosh Raj N R) planted and lost about distance, SSC revoked.

 

Jockey Afroz Khan (SEE MY ATTITUDE) was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting in 50 mtrs after the start in the process taking the ground of OSKARS OFFICER (H M Akshay).

 

Explanation of Jockey Mukesh Kumar (ALWAYS SPECIAL) that his instructions were to go to front which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount shortened her strides and started dropping back from about the 300 mtrs inspite of his best efforts. Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh while confirming the above added that his charge is a choker and in this race the extra 200 mtrs to travel as compared to the previous run has been to his charges disadvantage as such, the poor performance, was noted for future reference.  The Trainer was however cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.

 

Explanation of Jockey P. Sai Kumar (ARNAZ) that his mount dropped back from about the 800 mtrs and finished the course distance behind inspite of his best efforts, noted.   Trainer M. Srinvias Reddy was advised for a better performance in future.

6th RACE (115) THE COMMON LAND PLATE (Division - I) ABOUT 1200 - Metres CATEGORY-II                  (11 Runners)

SUCKER PUNCH (G. Naresh) took a fly jump in the process losing about a length.

 

Explanation of Jockey P. Sai Kumar (SANGREAL) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted.  Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the mare was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides.  Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was fined Rs.1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

7th RACE (116) THE 1EME CENTRE ROLLING TROPHY ABOUT 1400 - Metres CATEGORY-II                     (14 Runners)

Explanation of App. Ajay Kumar (COLT PISTOL) that due to fast initial pace, he was forced to use his mount to follow the given instructions in the initial stages of the race and in the straight his mount did not raise a fluent gallop inspite of his best efforts, noted.

 

Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (EMPERORS CHARM) that due to fast initial pace, he could not position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race and in the straight he did his best was noted for future reference.

 

UCHCHAIHSHRAVAS (Neeraj Rawal) winner of the race is sampled.

8th RACE (117) THE DECCAN BOOKMAKERS WELFARE ASSOCIATION DARLEY ARABIAN MILLION (GRADE III) ABOUT 1200 - Metres (5 Runners)

Veterinary examination of PACIFIC HEIGHTS (S. Saqlain) revealed that though the filly was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer L D Silva was fined Rs.2000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

 

Veterinary examination of HOME RUN (Akshay Kumar) revealed that the gelding was walking lame on right fore due to knee joint sprain after the race.

9th RACE (118) THE RED SATIN PLATE (Division - III) ABOUT 1200 - Metres CATEGORY-III                      (9 Runners)

THAT'S MY MISSION (S. Saqlain) was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.

 

Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (DALI'S CHAMPION) was fined Rs. 2000/- for shifting in soon after the start when he was not sufficiently clear of the runners racing on his inside.

 

Explanation of Jockey B R Kumar (SELF IMAGE) that he felt something wrong with his charge in the final stages of the race and pulled up his mount after passing the winning post and dismounted from the horse. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the colt returned lame during the running of the race.

Race No. 3:        KONASEEMA and GLOBAL FASHION were took to stall. Respective Trainers K. Robin Reddy, deputizing for Trainer N. Ravinder Singh and K. Satheesh were advised to show their charges at the gates before next accepting in a race.

Race No. 5:        N R I STAR planted and lost distance, SSC revoked.

                              ARNAZ fractious inside the gates. Trainer D. Netto was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.

Race No. 7:        MIRACLE MARY slow out by 1 or 2 lengths.

Race No. 9:        TALKING STICK slow out by a length.
