RACEDAY REPORT

Track Condition: GOING GOOD. Penetro Meter Reading : 3.22 cms

The False Rails are positioned from 1400 mtrs to 900 mtrs at an average width of 5 mtrs and from thereafter gradually increased to 7 mtrs upto the winning post. The distances are measured and marked accordingly.

Permission has been granted to Trainer G. Sandeep to saddle the following horses on behalf of Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy at both the Trainers’ risk and liability.

1st RACE (64) THE STEP ASIDE PLATE (Division - I) ABOUT 1100 - Metres CATEGORY-II (8 Runners)

EMERALD TOUCH (A. Ashhad Asbar) and MISS SMILEY ANGEL (Mohit Singh) trailed the field throughout the race inspite of Jockeys efforts.

Jockey P. Sai Kumar (GACHCHHATU) reported that his saddle moved back soon after the start and thereafter his mount ran green in the initial stages of the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer N. Rawal was cautioned for failing to exercise greater care in saddling of his charge where saddle moved back during the running of the race.

GACHCHHTU (P. Sai Kumar) was observed to have sustained bleeding cut injury over right hind. However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.

The Stewards of the Club suspended Jockey Vivek G (PACIFIC HEIGHTS) from in riding in Races w.e.f. 26^th December 2024 to 6^th January 2025 both days inclusive and fined him a sum of Rs. 10,000/- for Indifferent handling on his mount PACIFIC HEIGHTS in the above race, under Rule 161 (ii) of the HRC Rules of Racing.

The Jockey is however, permitted to ride work during the period of his suspension.

2nd RACE (65) THE HUSSAIN SAGAR CUP (Division - II) ABOUT 1400 - Metres CATEGORY-III (11 Runners)

CARAXES (G. Naresh) was observed to be suffering from colic, as such the horse was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.

N R I STAR (Santosh Ran N R) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths and thereafter trailed the field throughout the race inspite of Jockeys efforts. Trainer D. Netto was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Jockey P. Sai Kumar (BLACK DUST) that his instructions were to sit close 2nd/3rd which he tried to follow until entering straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount was lugging in more so under pressure in the process shifted in on to the inner railing whilst traveling in the centre of the track and did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

HOPING KING (App. Kuldeep Singh) trailed the field and finished the course at the rear end of the field. Trainer Jasbir Singh was advised for a better performance in future.

RANI RUCKUS (B. Nikhil) trailed the field throughout the race inspite of Jockeys efforts. Trainer K. Robin Reddy was advised for a better performance in future.

3rd RACE (66) THE STEP ASIDE PLATE (Division - II) ABOUT 1100 - Metres CATEGORY-II (8 Runners)

PRIDE ASIDE (Gaurav Singh) was denied a clear run soon after the start due to crowding of the runners and thereafter the filly did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of Jockeys efforts.

Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (CYPRESS) that his instructions were to sit close with front runners which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inpsite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.

Explanation of Jockey Abhay Singh (TURIYA) that his mount did not show initial speed and was also trying to run out in the straight in the process shifted out at about the 400 mtrs and took the ground of PRIDE ASIDE (Gaurav Singh) inspite of his best efforts, noted. The Jockey was however cautioned to exercise greater control over his mount in future.

Jockey R S Bhati (DUBAI TOUCH) was cautioned for failing to maintain a straight course in the final stages of the race for no apparent reason.

4th RACE (67) THE NEXT MOVE PLATE (Division - I) ABOUT 1100 - Metres CATEGORY-III (7 Runners)

STARWALT (Mohit Singh) was observed to be trotting lame on right fore due to fetlock joint sprain, as such the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.

Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (N R I DHEERA ) reported that his mount was trying to run out in the process veered out on to outer track from about the 150 mtrs whilst traveling in the center of the track and finished the course as such. Trainer D. Netto was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

App. Shivansh (INDERDHANUSH) reported loss of whip at about the 250 mtrs. The App. was cautioned to be more careful in future, failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.

5th RACE (68) THE ZOOM ZOOM PLATE ABOUT 1200 - Metres CATEGORY-II (11 Runners)

Jockey B. Nikhil (NORMUI) reported that his mount was trying to run out throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer Magan Singh Parmar was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Jockey Afroz Khan (HURRICANE WAVE) was severely cautioned for tender handling of his mount for greater part of the race.

Jockey Surya Prakash (LADY DANGER) was cautioned for traveling wide while negotiating the final bend for no apparent reason.

CALISTOGA (Vivek G) winner of the race is sampled.

6th RACE (69) THE SWEET GIRL PLATE ABOUT 2000 - Metres CATEGORY-II (7 Runners)

Explanation of Jockey P. Sai Kumar ( GET LUCKY) in the presence of Trainer K. Satheesh that his instructions were to go to front or sit close 2^nd in the initial stages of the race and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow was not accepted and the Jockey P. Sai Kumar was fined Rs. 5,000/- for checking and dropping back in the initial stages of the race instead of going to front as instructed.

MAGNUM (Akshay Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.

7th RACE (70) THE HUSSAIN SAGAR CUP (Division - I) ABOUT 1400 - Metres CATEGORY-III (13 Runners)

GRAND DUKE (R S Jodha) jumped out slowly losing about 5 or 6 lengths, SSC revoked.

Jockey A Prakash (IN PROPOSITO) was fined Rs.1000/- for shifting in under use of whip at about the 400 mtrs in the process causing inconvenience to OSKARS OFFICER ( Abhay Singh).

Jockeys Gaurav Singh (KNOTTY SENORITA), A. Prakash (IN PROPOSITO), Surya Prakash (GUN FOR GOLD), P. Ajeeth Kumar (REINING QUEEN) and Abhay Singh (OSKARS OFFICER) were cautioned for dropping their hands much before passing the winning post.

GUN FOR GOLD (Surya Prakash) trailed the field throughout the race inspite of Jockeys efforts. Trainer Sk. Waseem Ahmed was advised for a better performance in future.

Explanation of Trainer D. Netto with regard to the improved performance of his charge FIRST LADY (Santosh Ran N R) winner of this race who finished off board in the previous race that his charge had a set back and ran in Race No. 16 after long gap and thereafter ran in Race No. 40 where she finished close 5^th as compared to the present race where the filly has a handicap advantage of carrying 5 kgs less, which has helped her to easily go to front, set her own pace and went on to win the race. The Trainer further added that he has not fancied his charge based on the previous run and was available at longer odds, noted. The Trainer was however, cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.

Veterinary examination of KNOTTY SENORITA (Gaurav Singh) revealed that though the filly was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer A Imran Khan was fined rs. 1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

Veterinary examination of SPLENDOUR ON GRASS (App. Ajay Kumar) revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound after the race but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer K.S.V.R Prasad Raju was fined Rs. 1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for race.

FIRST LADY (Santosh Ran N R) winner of the race is sampled.

8th RACE (71) THE WANAPARTHY CUP ABOUT 1400 - Metres CATEGORY-II (13 Runners)

TRUE ICON (P. Ajeeth Kumar) and BRIAR RIDGE (Santosh Raj N R) were denied a clear run soon after the start due to crowding of the runners racing in front.

BURGUNDY BLACK (Mukesh Kumar) was denied a clear run at about the 400 mtrs due to wall of horses racing in front.

Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (TRUE ICON) was cautioned for shifting out in the process forcing out BRIAR RIDGE (Santosh Raj N R) at about the 1100 mtrs.

MORIOR INVICTUS (R S Bhati) trailed the field throughout the race and finishing the course distance behind. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the mare was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer M F Ali Khan was fined Rs.1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for race.

Subsequent Veterinary examination of BRIAR RIDGE (Santosh Raj N R) revealed that the gelding was trotting lame on left fore due to fetlock joint sprain.

9th RACE (72) THE NEXT MOVE PLATE (Division - II) ABOUT 1100 - Metres CATEGORY-III (5 Runners)

COSMICO (B. Nikhil) was observed to be suffering from colic, as such the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.

D BATTLE ( App. Kuldeep Singh) was was observed to be suffering from colic, as such the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.

BLUE PANTHERESS (Abhay Singh) was observed to have developed urticaria all over the body, as such the filly was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.

SUCKER PUNCH (P.Ajeeth Kumar) reared up as the start was affected in the process losing about 2 or 3 lengths. Trainer A. Vatsalya was advised to show charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.

Jockey Mohit Singh (TUPAC) reported loss of whip at about the 350 mtrs. The Jockey was however, cautioned to ensure that such lapses do not occur in future.

STARTERS REMARKS:

Race No. 2: N R I STAR slow out by 2 lengths. Trainer D Netto was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.

BLACK DUST was fractious inside the stalls. Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.

Race No. 7: GRAND DUKE slow out by 5 or 6 lengths, SSC revoked.

Race No. 9: SUKER PUNCH reared up as the start was affected thereby losing about 2 or 3 lengths. Trainer A. Vatsalya was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race
