RACEDAY REPORT

Track Condition: Good Going. Penetro Meter Reading : 5.44 Cms

The False Rails are positioned from 1400 Mtrs to 900 Mtrs at an average width of 5 Mtrs, 6 Mtrs from 900 Mtrs to 600 Mtrs and thereafter gradually extending to 7 Mtrs up to the Win Post. The distances are measured and marked accordingly.

Consequent to Jockeys Abhay Singh & S. Saqlain having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club have permitted the following change of Jockeys:

1st RACE (104) THE NAGARKURNOOL PLATE ABOUT 1100 - Metres CATEGORY-III (8 Runners)

SPLENDOUR ON GRASS (App. Ajay Kumar) jumped out slowly losing about a length.

 

Jockey B R Kumar (ASSURED SUCCESS) was fined Rs.3000/- for losing his position in the initial stages of the race for no apparent reason.

 

INDERDHANUSH (A. Imran Khan) winner of the race is sampled.

2nd RACE (105) THE ROCK OF GIBRALTAR PLATE ABOUT 1200 - Metres CATEGORY-II (9 Runners)

Explanation of Jockey P.Sai Kumar (DIABLO) that his mount under pressure shifted in and scrapped the running rails at about the 150 metres in spite of his best efforts, noted.  Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

 

Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (TORCHBEARER) in the presence of Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh that his mount suddenly lost hind action at about the 950 mtrs and veered out because of which he got unbalanced in the saddle and dropped back and thereafter the gelding did not raise a fluent gallop inspite of his best efforts.  Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh while confirming the above added that he too was baffled with the running of his charge and has no plausible explanation to offer with regard to the dismal performance of his charge, noted for future reference.

 

Explanation of Jockey Md. Ismail  (JOLLY JESTER) that his mount was slow into stride  and took time to gallop and gained ground only in the straight inspite of his best efforts was noted for future reference.

 

Explanation of Jockey Mohit Singh (AMBOSELI) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer Bharat Singh was advised for a better performance in future.

 

Jockey P. Ajeet Kumar (THE PIOUS) reported that his mount was hanging in throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted.  Trainer G. Sandeep was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

3rd RACE (106) THE NELSTON PLATE (Division - I) ABOUT 1400 - Metres CATEGORY-III (9 Runners)

HOPING STAR (Mohit Singh) was observed to have dehydration, as such the colt was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary Grounds.

 

SWEET WHISPER (R.S.JODHA) planted and lost about distance, SSC revoked.

 

D RIGHT TIME (DEEPAK SINGH) jumped out slowly losing 5 to 6 lengths, SSC revoked.

 

 

 

 

 

Explanation of App. Shivansh (QUALITY WARRIOR) that his mount ran erratic under pressure inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the App. was fined a sum of Rs.5000/- for changing course on more than one occasion in the straight and improper use of the whip in the process causing inconvenience to SHADOW BABY (Yash Narredu) racing behind.

 

Explanation of Jockey Rafique Sk (ALCAHOL FREE) that his mount was slow into stride soon after the start as such he lost considerable ground in the initial stages of the race, noted.  The Jockey was however, fined Rs.2000/-for shifting out at about the 700 metres in the process forcing out to D RIGHT TIME(Deepak Singh) and SWEET WHISPER (R.S. Jodha).

 

ALCAHOL FREE (Rafique Sk) winner of the race is sampled.

4th RACE (107) THE G. SUDHAKAR REDDY MEMORIAL CUP ABOUT 1200 - Metres CATEGORY-II (8Runners)

HOPING SKY (Mohit Singh) walked out of the gates and refused to gallop, SSC revoked.  Trainer Jasbir Singh was advised to show his charge in a mock race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting in a race.

 

Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (KALKI) that his instructions were to sit 5th/6th and wait until the 300 metres as his mount has a small dash which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a winning gallop, was confirmed by Trainer Bharat Singh and noted for future reference.

 

Explanation of Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (KNOTTY SENORITA) that his saddle slipped at about the 600 mtrs as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage thereafter was noted.  Trainer A. Imran Khan was however fined Rs. 5000/- for negligence in discharging his duties with regard to saddling of his charge, whose saddle slipped during running of the race.   

5th RACE (108) THE SHIV KUMAR LAL MEMORIAL CUP ABOUT 1600 - Metres CATEGORY-II ( 10 Runners)

Jockey Surya Prakash (DIVINE DESTINY) was fined Rs.2000/-for shifting out at about the 250 metres on to WALLOP AND GALLOP (P.Ajeeth Kumar) resulting in causing inconvenience to LADY DANGER ( B. Nikhil) and SUN DANCER ( A A Vikrant).   

 

Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (SR) (SUNDANCE KID) that his mount was trying to run out in the straight under pressure inspite of his best efforts, noted.  Trainer N. Ravinder Singh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.  Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) was however fined a sum of Rs.5000/- for excessive use of whip.  

 

Jockey P. Sai Kumar (BROOKLYN BEAUTY) was cautioned for failing to ride out his mount past the post though on a beaten horse.

 

Explanation of Jockey Deepak Singh (NIGHTMARE) in the presence of Trainer G Sandeep that his instructions were to sit close 5th/6th, pull out in the straight and give a clear run which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted.   Trainer G. Sandeep while confirming the above added that he too was baffled with the running of his charge and has no plausible explanation to offer.  The Trainer has been informed that an enquiry has been opened into to dismal performance of his charge NIGHTMARE (Deepak Singh) in this race.

 

Veterinary examination of NIGHTMARE (Deepak Singh) revealed that though the mare was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer G. Sandeep was fined a sum of Rs.2000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

 

 

 

 

 

 

LADY DANGER (B. Nikhil) was observed to have sustained bleeding cut injury over right hind. However, the mare was trotting sound after the race.

 

WALLOP AND GALLOP (P. Ajeeth Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.

6th RACE (109) THE SILVER JET PLATE ABOUT 1800 - Metres CATEGORY-II (6 Runners)

Permission has been granted to Trainer N. Ravinder Singh to saddle WEST BOORK (Akshay Kumart)  on behalf of Trainer S.S. Attaollahi at both the Trainers' risk and liability.

 

 

 

 

INDIAN SNIPER (Mukesh Kumar) was observed to be suffering from fever, as such the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.

 

WEST BROOK (Akshay Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.

7th RACE (110) THE NELSTON PLATE (Division - II) ABOUT 1400 - Metres CATEGORY-III ( Runners)

SUPERSTELLAR (G. Naresh) returned bleeding from both the nostrils.

STARTERS REMARKS:

Race No: 1       SPLENDOUR ON GRASS slow out by a length.

Race No. 2:     JOLLY JESTER slow out by 2 lengths. Trainer K. Robin Reddy was advised to show charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.

                           DIABLO took time to stall. Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was advised to show charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.

Race No., 3:    SWEET WHISPER lost distance, SSC revoked.

                           D RIGHT TIME slow out by 5 or 6 lengths, SSC revoked.

Race No. 4:     HOPING SKY walked out of the gates and did not raise a proper gallop, SSC revoked. Trainer Jasbir Singh was advised to show charge in a Mock race before next accepting in a race

Race No. 5:     SUN DANCE KID slow out by a length.
